In recent years, China's electric power industry has been developed in more rapid speed. With the gradual expansion of the urban scale, more cities'main power grids have to rely on 220kV transmission lines,500kV lines also subsequently from suburbs gradually towards the town. Because the high voltage power line and substation has been appeared in the densely populated areas, the electromagnetic pollution from power transmission equipment had a significant impact on long-term residents of the nearby residents, which also caused deep concern in all sectors of society. Otherwise, this electromagnetic pollution is likely to lead to nearby residents fear mentality, or even cause them to resist the power construction, which is very unfavorable for China's economic construction. Therefore, the study of electromagnetic pollution on the power transmission and transformation equipment is very necessary.Research on the measurement method of electromagnetic environment on high voltage transmission lines, and gives the charge simulation method, and then summarizes the basic idea and the application steps of the charge simulation method. According to a large number of field measurements, and the every frequency electromagnetic field comparative analysis on 500kV and 220kV transmission lines, then put forward line safety corridor width. Summarized the measurement of various transmission lines electromagnetic field distribution, and put forward the corresponding control scheme. Research on measurement of the buildings and trees under the overhead transmission lines, and record the results, and gives the corresponding conclusion.
