In recent years, the electric power industry of Shenzhen is developing rapidly, especially the increasing scale of construction of 110 k V substation, 220 k V substation and transmission line. As the speeding step of urban construction, some of the substation site is located in the urban area, which has effects on environment. Now environmental awareness of the public continuously strengthens, but the impact on the environment of power grid construction are not fully understood, therefore the public blindly boycott becomes an important factor that restricts the development of power grid. In order to facilitate the coordinated development of power grid construction and the electromagnetic environment, the paper analyzed the environmental impact of high-tension power transmission and transformation equipments in the typical region of Shenzhen according to the electromagnetic environment evaluation standard of power transmission and transformation equipment, which is from the perspective of environmental protection. And we provide guidance and advice for the power grid construction and production operation. This paper mainly includes three parts: the first part is the theoretical simulation for transmission line, theory preparation for the next work of measurement; The second part is sampling monitoring and research analysis for some 110 k V substation, 220 k V substation and transmission line of Shenzhen power grid. The third part is research on the electromagnetic environmental influence of high tension power transmission and transformation equipment of Shenzhen power grid. The results of the study are as follows:On theoretical aspect, according to the relevant concepts and analysis theory of power transmission and transformation project, the power frequency electromagnetic field calculation model is established. And under the condition of meet the engineering accuracy requirement, it is consistent with the measured results. The electric field intensity below the line is connected with some factors, such as the height from the ground, arrangement modeand phase sequence arrangement of the conductor. Taking environmental protection and utility for considered, in the construct of transmission lines, we must assess the relevant factors comprehensively, and choose the best way to construct lines for reducing the electric field intensity below the line.In terms of the measured, sampling to select 110 k V, 220 k V representative 88 substations and 40 transmission lines of Shenzhen in this paper, we study effects of electromagnetic environment. Electric field intensity and magnetic field strength of the transformer substation monitoring results show that: the value of all substations conform to the national standard of environmental impact assessment, and far below the occupational exposure limit of the general public except the 220 k V Junkang(Gaochuantou) substation. In the case of excess, we suggest to set up warning signs to keep people out. When designing220 kv substation in the future, we should try to raise the height of 220 kv line, or select the position that the public cannot reach. Monitoring results of the transmission line are accord with national standard of environmental impact assessment. In addition, in this paper, radio interference, audible noise and other electromagnetic environment impact factor of monitoring data are analyzed. The results conform to the corresponding limit standards. Field survey on the surrounding environment was carried out.And there was no remnant to influence the water environment, ecological environment and atmospheric environment and no solid waste(construction waste).
