Composite material is a typical non-homogeneous anisotropic material, which has the characteristics of high strength to density ratio, high modulus, simple molding process and strong design ability. So it can be designed as many composite structures with different properties.Composite material directional tube is used in multiple launching rocket to reduce the weight of the launcher, prolong the lifetime and improve the mobility, so the tactical and technical performance of multiple launching rocket is improved comprehensively. Based on design of composite material and finite element method, the composite material directional tube was taken as the research object in this thesis and the structural analysis and optimization of composite material directional tube was studied. Some research results were achieved in this thesis:1) Based on basic mechanical theory of composite material and finite element method, the parameterized model of composite material directional tube was built with python, which is second development language of ABAQUS. Natural frequencies and mode shapes were obtained by modal analysis. The connection of its inherent frequencies and thickness of composite material directional tube was studied by changing composite material layer structure.2) The layer angle, location of constraint and the integrated multi-objective of fundamental frequency and weight were optimized with the multi-disciplinary and multi-objective technique, and the scheme of optimal design was obtained.3) An approximate model of composite material directional tube was built, and the validity and reliability of the approximate model was verified. The problems of the complex and time-consuming in structural analysis and optimization were resolved successfully.4) The launch dynamics analysis was completed with finite element model of the directional tube and rocket coupled, and the overall performances of two directional tubes were analyzed by comparing.This thesis focused on structural analysis and optimization of composite material directional tube, which provide some reference for the design and optimization of multiple launching rocket.
