In this paper, on the basis of the composite material mechanic, the ANSYS program is applied to analyzing the laminated composite shell of rocket engine under high acceleration. The stress distribution can be got by the analysis of Finite Element Method, then judging whether the material has failed by the failure criteria of composite material. At first, the simple model is built, then analyses the different winding fabric under the same load condition. Analysis showed that the winging fabric has an influence on the strength, plane winding and loop winding is the best winding form under high acceleration. The complex model is built afterwards, then different schemes are analyzed and compared.The result of analysis provides a basis for the application of composite material on rocket engine. |
