With the development of precision guided weapons and anti-jamming capabilities, interferences which confront the guidance technology is also growing, the paper studied a complex tocope with infrared/millimeter wave-guided weapons.Based on related theories of Infrared and millimeter-wave, we study a technical way on the infrared/millimeter complex.We studied the technology research of Infrared/millimeter-wave complexes which included of optimizing material, study of the metal plating process on material, choosing several pharmaceutical compositions of the infrared bait to study the radiation characteristics of different pharmaceutical formulations. Based on results of materials and infrared pharmaceutical studies, we conducted forming technology research by using thermal bonding technology, preparing several complex.which had different shapes.In view of infrared/millimeter-wave scattering properties of millimeter-wave complexes and its influencing factors, we tested RCS of complex and studied influences of complex shape, direction angle and other factors on 3mm,8mm scattering characteristics by means of millimeter-wave RCS test systems, we contrasted millimeter-wave scattering values of the complex which had different shapes and compared them with the theoretical values.In view of infrared radiation properties infrared/millimeter-wave complex and its influencing factors, we shaped complex by combustion of pharmaceutical products. By means of telemetry OPAG33 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, infrared thermometer, etc. we tested infrared spectral radiance, radiation temperature and other parameters.we optimized three(high, medium and low temperature)infrared radiation pharmaceutical formulations by selecting oxidants, combustible agents and adhesives, ect.
