Seawater movement affects object which need keeping stable gesture. In order to remove this effect, two-axis stable platform is designed. This platform connect the object and seawater and segregate the seawater movement. The object can keep stable gesture.In the stable platform system, angle is got through the system of gesture measure The control system can transfer angle to the movement of mechanism. Then the platform can be stable. In the stable platform, TMS320F28335 DSP is the core microprocessor. Gyroscope and accelerometer make up the system of gesture measure. By data processing, the ultimate angle can be counted. On the control of control system, the angle is changed to the quantity of the electrical machine.On the drive of two direction in the mechanism, the aim can be got. The stable platform uses multisensor, system of gesture measure, mechanism-design technology etc., analysing the movement and force of mechanism. In addition, using operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱmanage multitask stable platform system and modules. Test result of static and dynamic test shows that the two-axis stable platform can satisfy all demands in stability and dynamic performance. It can isolate the seawater movement and keep object stable.
