We have more flexible launch site selection when we launch rocket in the sea,it can take full advantage of the earth's rotation speed when you launch rocket near the equator,we can also save fuel and improve the carrying capacity for the rocket.There are less human activities in the sea,we can get more places to recovery rocket debris.The research of the rocket launch in the sea is of great significance for the advancement of the space industry.Rocket launching in the sea should ensure that the vertical launch state,and the ship as a result of waves,the role of the sea breeze there will be six degrees of freedom of movement,including the largest impact roll,rocket will cause rocking and bending moment,in order to offset the effect of two-degree-of-freedom motion and isolated ship motion on the rocket,this paper designs a parallel stability platform for marine rocket.The main work is as follows:The catamaran is selected as the rocket launch vehicle by the sea-keeping performance analysis.Based on the platform structure,kinematics and dynamics analysis are carried out.The velocity and acceleration of the platform motion are analyzed by using the influence coefficient method.The dynamic platform and kinetic model of the moving platform are established by using Lagrange equation and virtual work principle.The kinematics of the platform is analyzed by ADAMS,and kinetic simulation,given the platform corresponding to the state of motion,the platform was the speed,acceleration and output force curve.The ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the stress distribution of the main parts of the platform,and the linear stress curve was obtained by linear the components with the largest stress.When working in the sea,the traditional vertical lifting mechanism uses the multi-stage piston rod,which will impact the rocket and impact the safety of the erecting mechanism seriously due to the collision and the radial load when the rocker is extended.In this paper,the hydraulic cylinder with the kinematic and static analysis of the structure were carried out.The three dimensional model was established by CATIA and the dynamic simulation of the erecting mechanism was carried out,and the force variation curves of the hinge joints were obtained.According to the structure of the platform and the simulation results,the principle of the hydraulic system is established in CAD.The working principle of the hydraulic system is analyzed.The cooperation between hydraulic valves is introduced.The main structures include hydraulic pump,accumulator,pipeline and so on,and the system was modeled and analyzed.
