Harmonic gear transmission mechanism as a new type of transmission, since the inception ofthe last century, with its unique properties and is widely used. But with the development of technology, the existing harmonic gear drives can no longer meet the needs of scientific research and the field due to its requirements, the need to improve its performance.This article from the overall design of harmonic gear start, make sure the flexible wheel structure and the associated geometry, and then determine the wave generator and the justround the structure and geometry. And flexible wheel cylinder of the stress and strain analysis and calculation of the force on the teeth is also analyzed.On this base,in order to improve quality, analysis the double-arc profile for meshing the superiority of the gnawing. Introduced to the double-arc tooth profile in the harmonic drive.This article from the design of harmonic drive,make sure the flexspline,Wave generator and Circular spline. And analysis the stress and strain of the flexspline,and the force on the teeth.
