| Energy saving in air conditioning system is of great significance for energy conservation and economic development, while it must be based on the guarantee of indoor-condition health and comfort level. Employing reasonable measures to reduce the energy consumption of fresh air is a key point to achieve the balance of "energy saving building" and "health architecture". The characteristics of the energy consumption in fresh air system of the air conditioning building in the hot summer & cold winter zone and the energy-saving features of exhaust heat recovery technology application in this area are studied in this thesis.On the basis of meteorological data of typical year in three representative cities (Nanjing, Chongqing and Wuhan) of hot summer and cold winter zone, this thesis fixes the beginning and ending dates of air-conditioning and heating seasons in the three cities according to the energy saving season division standard, and in further analyzes the proportion of sensible and latent energy costs of fresh air in these areas by hourly calculation in air-conditioning season. The annual energy consumption of the three typical examples---office, hotel and residential buildings were simulated, which serves as the basis to analyze the energy consumption features of the fresh air system in these three kinds of buildings.To analyze the applicability of the technology of exhaust heat recovery in the hot summer & cold winter zone, the author calculates and compares the energy recovered in ideal conditions by using this technology in three cities of Chongqing, Wuhan and Nanjing. Further referring to the distribution of enthalpy difference, the energy-saving benefit for the application of heat recovery ventilators in residential buildings is calculated,and so is the minimum time of the process of heat-recovery, which is needed for ensuring the energy-saving efficiency of applying heat recovery ventilators with year-round function in the residential constructions in Nanjing. Accordingly, the thesis puts forward the energy-saving operation mode with the application of heat recovery ventilator for residential buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone.The heat exchange processes in plate-fin heat exchangers and surface air coolers are theoretically analized in this thesis,and the mathematical models are established respectively. The simulation software is developed on the Visual Basic platform,which is at the same time verified by the comparison with the simulation results and the experimental data from other researchers. Combined with engineering experience, a type of air supply unit with entire heat recovery equipment is designed, which is suitable for one family apartment. And the plate-fin heat exchanger and surface air cooler in this air supply unit are aided design by the simulation software. |
