In this paper, a mechanism has been designed to meet the requirements of the Planetary Roller Screw, based on precision particular application of the aerospace. And this paper analyzes the kinematics, the dynamical simulation and the load characteristic of the Planetary Roller Screw mechanism.First, the design type of Planetary Roller Screw has been presented. The size and related parameters of the Planetary Roller Screw have been confirmed, based on the aerospace precision particular application. The components and assembly model of Planetary Roller Screw are bulit with Solidworks.Second, Kinematic analysis involves derivation of theangular and axial motions,in this paper, fully combined the theory research and the computer simulation method. Including analysis the contact position of the undeformation, velocity analysis and analysis the contact position, velocity analysis of the elastic deformation. Again, it analyzes the dynamic of Planetary Roller Screw based ADAMS, the results show kinematics of the main components and output force and moment. And they also show that structure sizes are reasonable,because they do not lead to interfere between the main components. When increase the speed of the screw, nut and roller still keep running smoothly in the axial.Finally, transmission efficiency of the Planet Roller Screw has been calculated based on MATLAB. The dynamic load of the design of Planetary Roller Screw has been calculated based on the dynamic load formula of the Planetary Roller Screw. It has been completed the axial static load analysis of the Planetary based on ABAQUS software, and get the limit value of plastic deformation. When the Planetary Roller Screw just begin to happen plastic deformation, the Planetary Roller Screw can operate stably. The equivalent finite element model of the Planet Roller Screw has been proved to be correct by comparing the result of the FEA with expriment.Above all, the design of the Planetary Roller Screw meet requirements of the high speed drive, high efficiency, high load, reliable operation of application of the aerospace through the analysis and research.
