In recent years,planetary roller screw pair(PRSM),with its excellent performance,high bearing capacity,high transmission precision and efficiency are gradually applied to all walks of life,such as aviation,medical treatment,numerical control equipment,etc.However,due to the limited domestic processing and manufacturing level and lack of theory research,its production and application in our country is not ideal.This paper focuses on the transmission characteristics,mainly from the structural parameters optimization,transmission error,the three aspects of kinematical characteristics of,to improve the transmission characteristics.First of all,the paper discusses the structural parameters of planetary roller screw pair must meet basic relations,summarizes the parameter design method of leadscrew,roller,nut and gear pair.Using genetic optimization method to optimize the structural parameters of gears,making the gear contact ratio was improved after optimization,the volume decreases,and improved the planetary roller screw pair drive stationarity.Then,the thesis for the planetary roller screw pair transmission error,a series of research,transmission error is the root cause of the transmission precision,the paper analyzes the causes for the parts,and each part of the error brought by the nut displacement error and comprehensive error;For error in the system,based on the error matrix method,finding the error influence coefficient matrix is obtained by matrix size of each element in the degree of influence on the transmission accuracy of each link;Make periodic system error curve,along with the change of screw diameter and pitch of effective way to reduce the transmission error is proposed.Finally,the paper study roller pitch deviation,the kinematics impact of planetary roller screw.Research shows that the pitch offset can make the roller relative nut relative sliding,thus established the relative slip Angle,the relative axial displacement,relative sliding speed calculation model,with matlab software simulation to get the relative axial displacement and relative sliding velocity simulation curve,getting the relative axial displacement and velocity varies with the conclusion of pitch deviation increases.Against the possibility of movement interference phenomenon,put forward the effective method to avoid.
