To verify that the double wings structure of the Terminal sensitive Ammunition without Parachute (TSAWOP) stable scanning device could meet the pre-designed technical requirements, also provide the foundation for the design improvements, the TSAWOP attitude parameters in the experiment falling process must be accurately and reliably obtained. Accordingly, this paper established a processing system based on geomagnetic sensor measuring principle and the ARM technology, which is able to solve the Terminal-sensitive Ammunition (TSA) stable scanning parameters --- scanning angle, rotational angular velocity and falling velocity.Firstly, according to the TSAWOP motion characteristics in the stable scanning stage and the geomagnetic vector near-earth invariance principle, this paper proposes a new stable scanning parameters measurement method. And the onboard ARM7-based data acquisition system has been designed, then based on the digital signal processing technology and object-oriented software development technology, the measured data gets analyzed and a new attitude measurement processing system platform were unified. Also, errors that may exist in the measurement processing system are analyzed in theory, and the corresponding compensation methods such as signal de-noising and ellipsoid assumption methods are given. For the purpose of error calibration and calibration the measurement processing system in advance, a rotary platform designed. Then the system was used in the practical measurement and processing of the throw-experiments, after verifying the system feasibility and accuracy through tests. Finally, my work was summarized, and the existing problems and the direction for further study have been pointed out.
