Buoyancy and center of buoyancy of underwater motion body will affect motion body's performance of navigation trajectory and hit probability on target. So a system that can measure buoyancy and center of buoyancy of underwater motion body is necessary, and it also has guiding significance to manufacturing of underwater motion body.This system introduces a new measurement method of buoyancy and center of buoyancy based on measurement method of mass and centroid at home and broad. The three-point-support method of mass and centroid's measuring theory is developed to analyze force condition of motion body in liquid. According to static balance principle and moment balance principle, calculation formula of buoyancy and center of buoyancy is derived and measurement method of buoyancy and center of buoyancy is obtained.The system is composed by slave computer and host computer, and the slave computer includes hardware and software. Hardware's core is single-chip computer, and it is build up by load cells, AD7799 and ultrasonic motor. It is in charge of signal collection, disposition and transmission. Software of slave computer is programmed by language C, and it is communicated with host computer by serial port. The host computer is operation layer of this system; it is programmed by language Lab VIEW using personal computer; it sends orders to control slave computer's operation by predefined communication protocol; it includes human-computer interaction, sensor calibration, system testing, and data management and so on.At last, testing experiments are carried out; testing results are obtained; and error is analyzed from theoretical angle and practical experimental angle. |
