By analyzing the trajectory of the vertical launching ship-to-air missile, this paper set up a model of the centroid trajectory with Matlab/Simulink. And with the intersection data of the missile and the target, we could conduct the evaluation of the CFAW efficiency. The main works of this paper is as follows:Based on the existing trajectory research of the vertical launching ship-to-air missile, this paper do a further research for each stage of the trajectory to understand the ballistic characteristics. On the basis of 2-d proportional guidance, we educe the algorithm of 3-d proportional guidance trajectory with the method of bi-planar fusion. With the miss distance of the simulation result,we analyse some typical parameters qualitatively and quantitatively which influence the guidance precision.According to the different ballistic characteristics of the each stage, This paper established a ballistic mathematical model of the vertical launch section, turn section, guidance section, encounter section, and a mathematic model of target-damage.In Matlab/Simulink environment, this paper developed a trajectory simulation software and a target-damage calculation software, the software can not only accomplish the ballistic dynamic simulation, but also achieve the whole visual effect. After initializing input simulation parameters, run the software of the trajectory simulation software, with the relative speed and distance parameters between the missile and the target of the encounter section by simulating, analysis the damage effects qualitatively and quantitatively, and make the visual display of damaged target come true.
