As one of the missile launch mode,in recent years vertical launching technology took more and more attention in the world.This paper focus on the draw bar missile launching device,in order to obtain better inner trajectory performance,and the emission dynamic characteristics of the missile and the internal trajectory performance analysis and numerical simulation of the flow field are carried out.And the dynamic response of the missile launch process is studied.Due to the sensitivity of the research content,this paper focuses on the research of inner trajectory and dynamics,and makes a brief introduction to the structural design part.First of all,according to the requirements of the launch input and output of the missile,the basic design of zero-dimensional inner ballistic trajectory is used to design the cataractator,and the internal trajectory parameters of the catapult are obtained.This is the basis for structural design.Based on the preliminary design results of the zero-dimensional inner trajectory,the internal trajectory performance parameters were designed,and the vertical ejection device was designed.The simplified three-dimensional assembly model was established by Pro / Engineer.A numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow field is carried out for the functional characteristics of the catapult.The ballistic flow field model of the catapult was established by computational fluid mechanics method,and the internal trajectory parameters were simulated by numerical method.Based on the structural characteristics of vertical ejection,the flexible torsion bar is established by finite element method,and the rigid and flexible coupling dynamic model of vertical cold ejection device is established in ADAMS.The influence of the separation of the adapter on the attitude of the missile is considered.The dynamic simulation of the missile launch process is carried out by using the rigid and flexible coupling model.The dynamic parameters of the missile and the output of the missile are obtained.
