| In order to protect certain important military significance goals which are poor self-protection, such as some buildings and vehicles, short-range defense system are increasingly occupy an important role in the development of armament in a worldwide trend. The purpose of this paper is to study the control system of a certain type of device used in the short-range protective rocket launch system, which features fast and accurate, in order to realize following functions:the control of pitching and rotation direction of the weapon, the aiming and firing the projectile by the radar control in a stationary or moving state, and accomplish the safety detections. The paper described the overall design of the aim control system, from both hardware and software details of the control system. First, put forward the overall design scheme according to the design requested; followed by the specific needs of the design specifications to proceed for the system hardware and software design. This thesis takes the TMS320F2812 as the core, to use the manner of modular design and use a DSP-based control system overall program. Hardware design include:the smallest systems (including power supply, clock, reset, etc.), motor control module, the initial self-tuning module, communication module, LCD display, key module and power supply module design. Through the appropriate software to ensure the normal operation of the system, including the overall structure of the servo system software, the main program, interrupt service routines and software modules (including the entire location of the initial self-determined, LCD screen design and SCI communication) and so on. Finally, validation of the design feasible through its system debug. |
