Boiler Flue Gas Fly Ash The Measured Carbon Technology Research

According to the applying of Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) in power plant nowadays, researching the flue gas monitoring technology online of boiler in this paper, It mainly refers to research of unburned carbon of fly ash detection and CEMS technology.Firstly, Based on the introducing of CEMS, aimed at the phenomenon of low utilization of CEMS currently, researched and analyzed the problem of CEMS technique and put forward a improving project of monitoring technique based sampling. According to the relevant technical specifications of Huang Juezhang power plantNext, the microwave measurement for unburned carbon in flue is studied mainly. In allusion to the disadvantages of microwave measurement for unburned carbon in flue: the decentralization of microwave energy in flue and the density of fly ash variation; they all have influence to unburned carbon of fly ash. We put up improving research of microwave measurement for unburned carbon in flue combining with soft measurement technology. This technique based on microwave measurement for unburned carbon in flue, equalizing the measuring error depend on soft measurement technology, get the result are more believable, it has a practical research value. In this paper, we give the improving research scheme and progress the academic analysis.In this paper, according to the current technology, analysis they shortcoming or insufficiency at there are using, lack of the theoretical study improved. In unburned carbon of fly ash monitoring system, combined microwave measurement for unburned carbon in flue with soft escarpment technique and sensor, show the system structure figure base on SVM, demonstrated this method feasibility; in allusion to CEMS research, show the reason of power plants have low efficiency in practical application mainly, and according to national standard content, design the software based on.The system can stably work in field condition after installation.
