Research On QIS Based On Modern Shipbuilding Mode

Ship construction is a Complex system engineering,There are too many Parts Processing and block assemble in production process, China's shipbuilding industry since 1995 has maintained the third position, and tended to increase year by year. As the world shipbuilding mode of development and appreciation of the renminbi, China's shipbuilding industry gradually lost labor advantage, the quality is increasingly becoming the core business of each shipbuilding competitiveness. faced the high quality requirements of customer and fierce international competition, quality management information become a successful a strategic thinking and effective technical means for shipbuilding industry at information age.this paper research for a horizontal cooperation projects with a shipyard of Qingdao, named with"Research on QIS based on Modern shipbuilding mode", based Modern shipbuilding mode to study QIS on the theory, key technologies, system architecture and application software development and implementationThe main contents are as follows:(1) The first chapter begins with the overview of QIS after illustrating the background and significance of QIS, the research status and developing trend.Then introduce the necessity of the research. At last, discuss the aim and main content of this dissertation.(2) based on General process of modern shipbuilding mode, research the system's needs analysis, then study the general management process of enterprise, At last make the establishment of system's functional model.(3) Towards the quality management activities in Enterprise's all stages, establish a logical information model of each stage, design of the system's physical database.(4) Study the Technology of decision-making based on QIS.Bring data warehouse technology into quality information management, analyse the data and modeling,then establish multi-dimensional data warehouse model of Quality information to support Quality Decision.(5) In accordance with the software engineering concepts, use rapid prototyping and modular methodology to develop the system. (6) Summarizes the main research results and content and and puts forward the future research in this field.
