The Research And Implementation Of Outfitting Logistics System On Modern Shipbuilding Mode

For the sake of keeping the advantage in the shipbuilding market that is dog-eat-dog, it is necessary to raise the productivity and reduce the production costs. Implementing the modern shipbuilding mode, promoting e-business and information technology of management, in particular the pallet management of the outfitting logistics are the effective measures.Logistics is always the biggest problem to ship-building enterprises because of the huge number and multi-kinds of outfitting stuff. The traditional logistics of outfitting which is depends on paper-based accounts or independent computer managements, not only causing high costs and low efficiency but also make it easier to slow information transfer, and puts logistics disconnect with production. Logistics management system realization is the effective way of improving the level of company logistics management, increasing logistics cost and realization of logistics optimization. The software of application for traditional logistics is not fit the status of enterprise management and does not consider the trend of development for pallet management method, so the effect of this application is not good as wish.This thesis chooses the example of shipyard logistics management system for development project. It contrasts and analyses the characteristic of between traditional logistics management and modern shipbuilding model logistics management, deeply researches outfitting logistics business processes and systems. At first, the thesis introduces and researches Chinese shipyards logistics management status and the application of the current system, analyses the existence of the disadvantages at aspect of the knowledge, management mode, flow and ability of management. Then it gives the recommendation to redefine optimized outfitting business processes, by combining with the logistics and modern shipbuilding mode relevant theoretical knowledge. Finally, according to the design principle, which is the same of inventory management of different material, pertinence of issue management, flexible principle of financing accounting, the system functions is modularized by management objects. Then the thesis redesigns and reanalyzes several sub-modules from the accounting processes, functions, the relationship between sub-modules relations, such as warehousing, inventory, issue, withdraw, accounting. And it designs database and coding in the way of knowledge of database, and finishes the design of outfitting logistics management system.The new point of this thesis is in order to adapt to modern shipbuilding model, introduce modern theory of pallet management of the outfitting logistics. It redefines and optimizes the flow of outfitting business. It realizes the outfitting logistics management model which is oriented by plan and based by pallet freight and focus on financing. Sort out problems one by one which is appear in such as algorithm of withdraw, out-of-stock mechanism, cost accounting and other difficult issues, and establish effective solutions. It not only predigests the flow of storage, enriches the mode of storage, but also combines the information of the design, production and material. It realizes the function of withdrawal automatically, out-of-stock mechanism alertly, all the more it realizes the bilateral management between quality and materiel, and it realizes the three flows, that are material flow, information flow and financing flow, come into one. It provides the flexibility of financing accounting.Through the system running, it achieves good management and economic benefits. It specifies and refines the business flow, improving enterprise management level of logistics outfitting. It not only achieves the pallet distribution, change inventory management as circulation management, but also reduces the inventory effectively, the quantity of stock is decreasing by 40%. It enhances the transparency of production, the accuracy of material supply and accounting, speeding up production efficiency significantly, such as work time of outfitting is decreasing by 15% and outfitting operation cycle speeded up 20-30%.
