The arms enterprises fulfill the tasks of the national defense and national economic construction. At the same time the defects that weak core competitiveness, lack of originality, in the bottom of the value chain and low economic contribution cause the arms enterprises not to meet the requirements of the high-tech war, especially with the changes of the modern strategic thinking and the pattern of war.Therefore, the problem that how to get through difficult situations and promote the national economic construction is obviously vital. With the development of the economic globalization, service activities, which are the source of core value, become more and more important. The large-scale manufacturing enterprises are shifting from a "product seller" role toward that of a "service provider" one after another, which is the sign of the birth of the service-oriented manufacturing mode.At this time,it is necessary for the arms enterprises to explore service-oriented manufacturing mode,which could get through their own plight and meet the requirements of developments.Based on what I have mentioned above, this paper focus on the construction of the service-oriented manufacturing network in the arms enterprises,and makes a further study on its theories and the key technologies.(1)On the basis of existence study on service-oriented manufacturing and analysis of the current situation and plight of the arms enterprises, the necessarity of the application of service-oriented manufacturing pattern in the arms enterprises is illuminated.Besides; through the analysis of the informationization demands of service-oriented manufacturing network in the arms enterprises, the paper proposes a framework to realize the network.(2)In order to cope with deficiencies in the current methods of ontology establishment, with limited applicability, lack of standardization, no planning, lack of uniform construction principle and so on, this paper tries to explore an universial method, and then presents an impeoved method of ontology construction based on seven-step method.Finally, the laboratorial weapon equipment ontology is built under the guidance of this methodology and implemented by Protege.(3)An improved method of semantic web service discovery based on measuring concept similarity is presented.To begin with, this paper summarizes the current methods of semantic web service discovery, and analyses their advantages and disadvantages.Next, in order to enhance matching accuracy this paper improves the algorithm of concept similarity, and demonstrates its modified formula. What's more, example verification indicates that the improved algorithm is feasible and effective.(4)According to the new requirements of modern strategic thinking, type of warfare and service-oriented manufacturing to the arms enterprises, an indexes system for evaluation on value module node of service-oriented manufacturing network in the arms enterprises is established. Then, combining with characteristics of vendor evaluation under service-oriented manufacturing mode, the paper summarizes the deficiencies of current methods of vendor evaluation, and presents an algorithm of vendor evaluation in service-oriented manufacturing enterprises.At last, the paper applies abolve theories and methods to a case study, and develops a vendor decision-making system for service-oriented manufacturing. |
