This topic according to carbon dioxide contact tank gas-liquid two-phase flow field and aeration system of Remineralization process is studied, the specific contents are as follows: (1)Simulation for the tracer of different structures carbon dioxide contact tank by using CFD simulation software; (2)Simulation for gas-liquid two-phase of different structures carbon dioxide contact tank by using CFD simulation software; (3)Verifying carbon dioxide contact tank residence time distribution function by tracer experiment; (4)The dissolution of carbon dioxide in carbon dioxide contact tank were studied.by two-phase experiment .Simulation for the tracer and for gas-liquid two-phase of different structures carbon dioxide contact tank by using CFD simulation software in this study. We can obtain as follows: (1)The Length-Width Ratio of carbon dioxide contact tank should be controlled in 1≤L/W≤2. Comprehensive consideration on the water flow pattern and economy holds that that the reaction chamber using 3 is more reasonable and scientific. The reaction chamber ratio using 2:5:5 the chamber is a good water status. (2)Comparison of hours of air and water, the volume fraction of small gas tanks, gas distribution is very uneven. With the gas-water ratio increases, more and more uniform gas distribution, but the gas water ratio too large causing the separation of gas-liquid two-phase, is not conducive to the gas dissolved. Contact with the gas tanks of water than the control in the range between 0.04-0.08 is reasonable.Adding sodium chloride 0.2mol, 0.4mol at the entrance of the contact tank in the tracer experiments, obtain residence time distribution function curve, the residence time distribution function curves of simulated and experimental are close to each other, indicating that simulated tracer experiment assessed the efficiency and effectiveness of carbon dioxide dissolved is feasible.Study on optimization of different aeration modes under different aeration amount.Obtained the following conclusions by the two-phase experiments:(1)With the increase of gas-water ratio, dissolved quantity of carbon dioxide correspondingly increased, but the aeration efficiency is coming down. (2)The more aeration points in carbon dioxide contact tank,the contact area of carbon dioxide and water is greater, each of the aeration points'gas partial pressure is smaller, the volume of gas dissolved in the water is more. (3)Three aeration room aeration in contact tank at the same time the carbon dioxide dissolved aeration and aeration efficiency were higher than that of any two of the aeration chamber and an aeration chamber alone. Aeration room 1 on the impact of dissolved carbon dioxide is greater than aeration room 2 and 3. (4)When Contact tank aerated, priority should be increasing the amount of aeration of aeration chamber 1, and then increase the aeration chamber 2, and finally consider increasing the amount of aeration of aeration room 3. However, aeration chamber 1's aeration is not the bigger the better, when the aeration amount of aeration room 1 accounts for 40%-60% of the the total amount of aeration, the aeration efficiency is higher.
