In the 21 century, energy has become increasingly concerned by people, the wind power is an important direction to solve the energy problem, but the grid connected wind has also brought a certain amount of harmonics and reactive power. Based on this background, the paper aims to study the harmonic control and reactive power compensation.In this paper, power electronics, digital circuit control, active power filters and power systems have been included, then the DSP-based control of shunt active power filter was designed. After reviewing a large number of English on the basis of relevant information to explain the wind power system harmonic generation and reactive power, the need for risk and its governance, and taking an overview of the development of the active power filter(APF), classification, and a lot of works, then the main circuit of APF system was designed and the selection of the main components of the system and determine the parameters were also designed.Next, we selected TI's F2812 model of DSP control chip to achieve the complex conversion device hardware circuit design, the main circuit design of the device, the system capacity and the basic components of the selection, then selected device models after the analysis and design of the software portion of the device, including the main program, interrupt routines and PWM control signal generation, and so on.After finishing hardware and software design, an experimental device was produced, and by the CCS development environment, we achieved the ultimate control of the composite method of conversion devices in-circuit debugging through a series of experiments and then analysis of experimental data obtained, the paper used the control method to achieve desired objectives, the control performanced to meet the requirements of industrial applications, the control algorithm can be well implemented.This article is based on the DFIG wind power, making use of the original circuit topology, with appropriate control strategy to achieve target of wind power grid connected inverter and harmonic suppression. From the results of simulink and experiments, grid-connected inverter and active power filter can be utilized in conjunction with a three-phase bridge device.
