Reasearch On Railway Palletized Joint Transport Mode Design Base On The Petri Net

With the development of railway freight E-Business, New information technology is constantly being applied to the railway freight. The current railway freight capacity in the automation, mechanization and informatization is a serious problem, which has become the key factor restricting the improvement of railway freight transport ability. It is imperative to realize the railway tray containerization and enhancing the use of information technology to improve the ability of railway freight transportation takes great stimulative effect.In order to solve the problem of current railway freight transportation, this paper firstly summarizes the research achievements and makes the analysis on the basis of the field research, give the current developing status and business process of railway freight, and come up with the idea of developing the railway freight transportation. Then through the analysis of current situation of domestic and foreign railway pallet transportation and experience of management mode, this paper, combining with the modern enterprise system, design the railway pallet transport operation management mode and management mechanism. Then, based on the reference of advanced RFID technology in port, warehousing, logistics and other aspects in the practical application, combined with the current railway freight business process, this paper designs technology scheme of railway pallet transportation based on the RFID technology and makes comparative analysis with existing railway freight business process. Finally, using the Petri nets workflow model for quantitative analysis and exist railway freight business process modeling, and using the Petri nets of incidence matrix of rationality for the model test and for the analysis of flow out, explain that railway pallet transportation based on RFID can be a great solution to different problems, and model based on RFID railway transport business process tray, and validate process the rationality of the design from the point of view of quantitative.
