Recently, energy supply is tight, and the price of oil and coal has increased greatly. Thus, energy consuming industry has entered into a period of industrial restructuring, with fierce competition on cost. It's very important for energy consuming companies to use residual heat resources reasonably and efficiently. The research, which based on thermodynamics and with the purpose of finding out a suitable model for the recycle of smoke waste heat of coal mine to conduct analysis and practical application, focused on the recycle of flue gas waste heat of mining area, and the use of smoke waste heat of production line on coal gangue multihole baked brick, as well as the use of smoke waste heat of gas generator set of high concentration by analysis of thermodynamics.1. Based on the first law of thermodynamics and the second law of thermodynamics, the research intended to determine the grade of smoke waste heat through analysis of energy utilization and energy grade analysis of the use of waste heat, in order to provide theoretical base for "grade corresponding","Temperature with" and "step utilization" of smoke waste heat.2.Base on the result of thermodynamic analysis, the principle of smoke waste heat utilization and the practical condition of coal mine industry, the research has put forward the mode for waste heat utilization of "grade corresponding","Temperature with" and "step utilization":the smoke waste heat which passed the exhaust-heat boiler will produce steam conformed with the steam parameter for coal mine users, and then, the steam will be used to cool the mine and the surface in summer and be used to provide heat to people's daily life in mining area in winter. One part of the excess steam will be used in canteen and washhouse, and the other part will be merged into the municipal pipe network; the waste heat of low temperature discharged by exhaust-heat boiler will be used directly.3. The research has introduced the feature, category and the principle of how to determine the parameters in the process of design for exhaust-heat boiler, and has developed Much return program natural circular low temperature waste heat boiler that can be applied to coal refuses Porous sintered and Nickel base brazing hot tubular waste heat boiler of gas generator set based on the feature of the produce of coal mine smoke waste heat. 4. The research has put forward the key technology of waste heat utilization. The research has introduced the calculation of heating thermal load, temperature drop and pressure drop in the process of heating medium deliver, the choose of heating medium and the principle of heating radius and pipe network radiation. Based on the calculation result, the pressure drop of the steam pipe is0.098~0.118Mpa/km. The economic temperature drop of steam pipe is1520℃/km, and we can know from this fact that the heating range of heating pipe is3-5km commonly and10km when reach the farthest. The pressure drop of hot-water pipe is0.05~0.08Mpa/km, and the temperature drop of hot-water pipe network is1/20~1/30of that of the steam pipe. Thus, hot-water should be chosen as the heating medium.5. Zhong Ping group has been chosen as a case to check the effect of the research result. The recycle technology of smoke waste heat for coal mine has been applied to coal refuses Porous sintered and gas generator set to recycle the smoke waste heat reasonably.
