Micro-vehicle transmission system vibration problem is always the major course of driving and comfort performance reducing. How to reduce the micro-vehicle transmission system vibration is critical to improving vehicle performance and enhancing the micro-vehicle market competition ability. As an important part of transmission system, transmission shaft is responsible for the transmission of power, which has a complex situation of vibration.Transmission shaft vibration condition is varied, different factors lead to different vibration conditions, and different factors have different influence on the same vibration condition. Due to fluctuant power output of engine, the vibration of shaft intermediate support, the dynamic balance of the transmission shaft, and the influence of shaft structure, the vibration of transmission shaft is composite with several motivations, and each shaft vibrations may also affects others.This paper take a certain type of micro-vehicle transmission system as the research object, studying the vibration of transmission shaft under the effect of different factors, through the UG modeling software, the finite element analysis software ANSYS and ADAMS dynamics simulation software, established the "transmission shaft" mixed kinetic model, in combination with the drive shaft relative theory analysis and simulation experimental data, find multiple factors of micro-vehicle transmission shaft vibration characteristics, analyze transmission shaft vibration influence laws.This article studied several factors'affect to the transmission shaft vibration, considering the effect of engine dynamic characteristics, different input rotational speed and torque, the intermediate shaft support vibration, and dynamic balance to shaft vibration, so that the analysis results are more consistent with the real situation. The research method has its innovation, with a certain reference value.
