In recent years, as China's rapid economic development, electric power resources have been widely used. This will enable a substantial increase in China's energy demand, energy supply and demand have become increasingly prominent, shortage of electricity has also become a source of energy. The lighting electricity consumption in the proportion of the total is greater than 10%, so the design of energy-saving lighting, energy-saving device to control the lighting system is necessary.As traditional energy-saving lighting control device by the relatively large power fluctuations, but can not achieve the precise control of voltage, the resulting stability of the system down and upgrade problems and other shortcomings. This paper is the use of on-load tap way to design a new energy-saving lighting control device. This power-saving control device uses TI's TMS320LF2407A the control center responsible for the DSP to control the whole system. The voltage regulator system has three auto-transformer to achieve, namely, step-down transformer, compensation transformers and regulating transformers.In the on-load tap the main circuit, three-phase auto-load compensation transformer, the voltage used to complete the city's real-time network dynamic regulation. Specific approach is first through the three-phase auto-transformer reduced voltage adjustable range, then use the DSP to control the brushless permanent magnet brushless motor drive voltage transformer, voltage transformer output voltage by adjusting to change the compensation transformer input voltage.Throughout the system to achieve precise closed-loop control, we use a digital PID control algorithm. But the standard digital PID control algorithm, in each control cycle regulating transformers always stop action brush, carbon brush wear serious, and the implementing agencies in the state of fatigue, so this paper introduces dead band PID control algorithm, greatly improve the reliability of the system.In this paper, based on installed capacity of power-saving design of the load compensation transformer, DSP control system hardware and software and permanent magnet brushless motor drive circuit, completed with the number of dead PID controller design and parameter tuning, the final completion of the overall voltage regulator saving device debugging.The practical operation show that the proposed design load voltage regulator power-saving devices, design principles correctly to achieve the desired design goals, and the system is reliable and can meet the needs of large-scale energy-saving lighting, stadium lighting to achieve a significant saving effect. Promote energy conservation in today's environment, the device has good market prospect.
