| With the growing global energy crisis and the implement of the relevant policies of building energy-saving and wall material innovation in our country, the research and development of new energy-saving building materials and energy-saving insulation construction has become an important subject in the filed of civil engineering. Vitrified microsphere insulation mortar is a new type building inorganic insulation mortar which began to used in recent years, with having the advantages of well workability,low thermal conductivity,high intensity,anti-aging,better weather resistance,fire prevention.In the paper, Deeply analyzing kinds of factors which influence on the physical properties,mechanical properties and Insulation performance of vitrified microsphere insulation mortar, making use of orthogonal experiment to optimize the composition materials of insulation mortar, and obtained the appropriate mix of insulation mortar through the analysis of the test results. The specific research content as follows:(1)Using the principle of orthogonal design, a reasonable test plan about vitrified microsphere insulation mortar were established, some specimens which are used to determine compressive strength,flexural strength,coefficient of thermal conductivity and so on each performance of vitrified microsphere insulation mortar were made.(2) Compressive strength,flexural strength,coefficient of thermal conductivity and so on each performance of vitrified microsphere insulation mortar were determined, and the test data were analysed. through the material composition change, obtained primary and secondary factors which influence the performance of vitrified microsphere insulation mortar.(3) The paper introduces the specific engineering practices and construction process of the integrated thermal insulation building is made of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar.Through the in-depth research, the orthogonal test choose the proportion of glazed hollow bead and expanded perlite,the mixed quantity which fly ash replace cement, content of polypropylene fiber and air-entraining agent as influence factors. Each factor determine three level, conduct orthogonal test research.The orthogonal test results show that:the most influential raw materials factors to mortar physical properties followed by aggregate,fly ash,air-entraining agent and polypropylene fiber; the most influential raw materials factors to mortar compressive strength followed by aggregate,fly ash,air-entraining agent and polypropylene fiber; the most influential raw materials factors to mortar Flexural strength followed by aggregate,polypropylene fiber,fly ash and air-entraining agent; the most influential raw materials factors to mortar insulation properties followed by aggregate,air-entraining agent,fly ash,and polypropylene fiber. In this paper, we considered the factors, and obtained the appropriate mix of insulation mortar:the amount of expanded perlite to replace glazed hollow bead is30percent, the amount of fly ash to replace cement is30percent, polypropylene fiber is0.2percent, air-entraining agent is0.1percent. |
