With the development of hydraulic technology, high pressure, high speed, high efficiency, high power, low noise, long life and integration has become the direction of the development of hydraulic technology. In order to adapt to the requirements of the country's economic development in low-carbon society, energy saving has become a major theme of social development, the hydraulic components'noise, vibration, energy consumption has exposed. Axial piston pump has a characters of compact, high efficiency, high working pressure and easy to change the flow, and other advantages, and It has been widely used in high-pressure, high flow hydraulic system. With the high pressure and high-speed of the axial piston pump/motor, axial piston pump motor flow pulsation and the result of pressure pulse's noise, vibration problems has become more prominent,To design and produce a low noise, low energy consumption and high-power axial piston pump will have broad market prospects.This paper summarized the status of a piston pump at home and abroad, studied the theory and methods of traditional and classic design of the axial piston pump; and comprehensive analysis of the basic concept of the mean flow axial piston pump with flow vice structure has been done, guide rail curve,variable principle and the balanced flow piston pump provides a theoretical basis; the structural principle of the balanced flow axial piston pump, the basic conditions for the movement curve equation and so on,all the theories were analyzed and derivated; the main piston pump parts such as piston, cylinder, spiral swash plate and with a valve plate's structure were designed, and the key parts such as the valve plate is simulated and analyzed; spiral surface of the swash plate guide is a gentle transition Sec spiral surface, the idea of traditional swash plate pump to smooth the surface of the swash plate is breaked.In this thesis, the balanced flow axial piston pump'structure was made exploratory studies,It can determine the structure of the key parts of the pump,It laid the foundation for the development of the balanced flow pump. With the development of new processes and new materials, low-noise, low vibration, the flow pump will become a reality, which has a very important significance to promote the development of hydraulic technology.
