Axial piston pump/motor is one of the widely used in hydraulic system components,with the continuous development of our country industry,industrial equipment of axial piston pump/motor performance requirements more and more high,but the traditional axial piston pump in some industrial fields of performance is also very limited.This paper proposes a balanced three rows of axial piston pump/motor,in the view of improving the performance of piston pump/motor can also reduce the axial piston pump/motor vibration and noise,the problem such as friction and wear,and can better improve the balance of a cylinder body.In axial piston pump has three important friction pair,the plunger vice deputy contain block valve,so the cylinder block is a major part of the axial piston pump/motor,so the new type balance three rows of axial piston pump/motor cylinder body characteristics of study is very necessary,therefore this paper conducted the following research work:1.The balanced three-row axial piston pump/motor is based on the ordinary axial piston pump,and draws the design experience of two rows of axial piston pump with single bevel double row plunger structure.With the inclined plate of double inclined plane,the cylinder body with staggered arrangement of the outer row of the inner and outer columns,and the symmetrical distribution of the high and low pressure oil outlet on the opposite side.For ordinary single axial plunger pump design modification,the formula and the revised formula are secondary deduction,and then the structure size of key parts such as cylinder center hole diameter d,the distribution of the plunger circle radius R,suck oil discharge hole is delta f0,the area of the cylinder thickness,parameter optimization and finally designed a balanced three rows of the overall structure of the axial piston pump and,finally,check the strength and stiffness of cylinder body.2.Balance type three rows of axial piston pump/motor is a new type of plunger pump/motor,the row of plunger hole on cylinder body staggered Settings,valve plate of high and low pressure oil mouth symmetric distribution determines the flow pulsation and ordinary single axial piston pump with ordinary double row axial piston pump.The flow pulsation formula of the three-row pump is derived.For example,the number of columns of 7,7,14 and plunger of the Chinese and foreign columns is 8,8 and 16,and the internal row,middle row,outer row and total transient flow are plotted by MATLAB.The flow pulsation of the whole pump under different plunger number and different plunger placement conditions is analyzed.3.The analysis of dynamic characteristics of cylinder block,deduce the balance type three rows of axial piston pump cylinder upsetting moment formula,internally and row number plunger respectively odd,odd and even number and total number of pump plunger is among the even two cases of overturning moment are derived and programming with MATLAB,and explore for odd number and the same number out inside the plunger,outside the even number for the plunger and the even number for the same bottom of plunger,and the even number for the plunger unavoidably in both cases the balance of a cylinder body.4.In order to balance type three rows of axial piston pump cylinder as the research object,through the design of different input and output parameters,using the finite element software under the optimization module of the Response Surfaces of cylinder body stress the output parameters optimization.Compared with the original design structure,this optimization design reduces stress by 11.7%.5.Put forward the balanced with three rows of pump flow parallel to the deputy oil film and the wedge,the mathematical model of oil film leakage,parallel to the oil film wedge leakage and the leakage of the oil film formula MATLAB programming,draw two kinds of oil film body leakage and waist type slot central Angle,thickness of oil film center,seal with pressure difference,seal with a radius of the diagram,and analyses the influence of the parameters with vice leakage flow static characteristic,the influence of and on this basis,further explores the match vice leakage flow features and fluctuation cycle,rotating speed of cylinder block,the relationship between the wave amplitude.
