Because our country the increasing of the high-rise building, time of urgency, so inevitable request used in high-rise buildings of the height of the tower crane is more high and use more frequent; Metal structure design method of limit state in the wide application of the crane, tower crane metal structure in the maximum design load the elastic and stability effect do comprehensive and reasonable consideration, the tower of linear elastic analysis design has been can't satisfy the demand, often working in the tower with large deflection of small strain geometry nonlinear category.In this tendency, the tower structure the flexibility increases, dynamic and static deformation also increased. The rod of the tower for a character, deformation is small little strain state, general is large displacement tower, it belongs to such large displacement geometry nonlinear category. The main tower structure under bending load, pressure load will reduce the stiffness of the structure. When the structure in large displacement deformation, small displacement based on the assumption of the linear appearing big error cause, the traditional small displacement linear analysis has can't satisfy the modern engineering requirement, so must tower structure of the displacement analysis.Based on the geometrical non-linear finite element theory as a foundation, the influence of the mast tower lateral displacement of the big small strain geometrical nonlinearity of high order items into consideration, establish the mast in installing and axial force and bending moment and horizontal force function dint and displacement stiffness equations, using FORTRAN programming language; In addition, the finite element software ANSYS analysis of tower geometry nonlinear lateral, two kinds of methods of numerical results, and SAP2000calculation of the mast tower horizontal lateral compare the nonlinear elastic lateral than linear elastic lateral big13%or so, that the tower of static stiffness changes are reasonable, and the tower of static stiffness provide accurate data support for the tower provides reference for the design of cross section.Tower crane using a computer to set up virtual prototyping model, the agency, structure in a certain working conditions is dynamics simulation analysis, get the virtual prototype in a tower in the cases of related dynamic response, the tower for practical design and check the data provide strong support.This paper F120B tower as the research object, in3d software Pro/E established in the simplified model of the tower, through its and dynamic simulation software ADAMS software interface Mechanism/Pro import to ADAMS, the use of ANAYS generation of hoist boom of modal neutral files, import to ADAMS, establish the mast cranes can coupling virtual prototyping model, realize the combination in different driving conditions under the tower multibody dynamics simulation, can design for installing and improving and optimizing the provide data support, effective shortened product design cycle and reduce product research expenses.
