With the current vigorous development of prefabricated buildings,higher requirements are put forward for the hoisting operations of flat-top tower cranes.Ensuring construction efficiency and operation safety has become an inevitable engineering research topic.In the process of tower crane hoisting operation,the dynamic effect formed by the crane’s various mechanisms,structures and cargo system brings safety hazards to the hoisting operation.This paper takes the flat-top tower crane as the research object,establishes the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model of the flat-top tower crane-cargo system,and conducts simulation research on various operating conditions such as independent operation of its working mechanism and three-mechanism linkage.In the modeling of the flat-top tower crane,the quality of the self-lifting joint and the electrical system and the role of the attachment device are considered,and the block parameterized accurate modeling of the whole machine is realized,which makes the whole machine model more reasonable.The mechanical performance analysis of the flat-top tower crane based on geometric nonlinearity has verified the accuracy of the model.The prestressed modal analysis of the flat-top tower crane-cargo system is carried out,and the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes of the system are discussed,which provides basic data for subsequent dynamic simulations.The simulation research shows that the starting and braking phase of each mechanism causes the lifting weight to swing significantly.During the three-mechanism linkage operation,the movement of the slewing mechanism is more likely to cause the lifting weight to deflect.In this paper,the dynamic simulation research of the large-scale flat-top tower crane hoisting cargo has certain significance for the hoisting operation and mechanism operation control.
