With economic developing and social progress,energy issues are becoming more serious now,a new novel alternative to conventional energy sources are coming into the people's vision,solar energy because of its clean non-polluting and its reserves rich,more and more people of different ages are putting more and more attention into solar energy,and the research on solar energy are increasing.The solar cells susceptible to the interference of the external environment,which make the decrease in utilization,and this will increases costs and reduces the economy,so in order to improve the economy and the utilization of solar energy,the MPPT control method are coming out.Firstly,introduce the situation of the domestic and international photovoltaic industry,solar photovoltaic systems,and solar cells,the solar cell module structures,the simulation results on the variation of the output characteristics of the solar cell with the external environment were studied.Secondly,the typical DC-DC converters,the buck converter,boost converter,buck-boost converter,cuk converter were described in detail,and finally from the typical the MPPT method and intelligent MPPT method the perspective of the MPPT control method were described in the classification module structures and simulation on the perturbation and observation method and the incremental conductance method,and improved perturbation and observation method, and their module structures and simulation.
