With the development of electronic information technology, the performance of electronic products has been improved, the equipments become more and more precise. That need the power supply get more stable, and can provide high quality output. Most of the issues which make the electronic equipment run down are caused by the bad output condition from power supply. So what we need is to develop a new generation of power, which can solve the problems as mentioned above.As the digital signal processing technology has got more and more amazing achievements, so it has been used in any field in our lives. What's more digital signal processing technology can play an important role in power electronic industry. TI(Texas Instruments) has produced2000serials DSP chipsets, which is specifically for the solution division in the field of industry control. And2000serials DSP chipsets get high appraise about the excellent performance. TI provide a integrated development environment named CCStudio. that can make the development on DSP chipsets easier.We use TMS320F2808as the main controller, the performance of F2808can meet the requirement of the main control system. The system clock frequency of TMS320F2808is100MHz, the AD module with16input channels,12bit sample/hold device, and the AD converter can be complete in160ns. F2808with enhanced PWM module can output16signals;4SPI interface;2SCI interface;2enhanced CAN interface. AD module can get the information of the system outputs, ePWM module can output the standard signals, the communication module can send the information to the display module.As the main controller, TMS320F2808can make the system realize a loopback control by software algorithm, with this method the system can realize real time adaptive adjustment, the system will run stable and safe. We use IGBT consist of a rectifier, without inductor the power factor is improved.
