Axial piston pump is one of the most important power component inhydraulic system, which widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipment.It isthe unity of mechanism and fluid. So fluid and institutions coupling is not only thebasic characteristic of the axial piston pump, but also is emphasis and difficulty ofthe research in influence the performance. Leaking sliding boots vice leak as themain component of piston pump leak, which was affected by many factors, andwith the mechanism of complex, so it has became a difficulty of leak control, alsobecame hot spot of the frontier research. This degree thesis contra pose slidingboots institutions of axial piston pump and static pressure lubricationcharacteristics of supporting launched research, the purpose is to reduce wear andleak, the same time increase the service life of sliding boots vice and enhancethe comprehensive performance of the axial piston pump, and provide structuredesign and optimization of piston pump with theoretical basis,with a wide rangeof engineering application background and important academic research value.This thesis is on the basis of analyzing the main friction vice to axial pistonpump influence on the performance of the whole analyzed the sliding boots theforce and the vice movement and static pressure supporting lubricationcharacteristics, established the mathematical model, and tested the oil filmthickness through the Simulink/AMESim, and then create three-dimension modelof the sliding boots pair.The model take the influence of the oil film thicknessfor wear and leak into consider, in view of longer of the different dampingaperture will affect the oil film thickness, so in this paper, the sliding boots ofvice model of different diameter longer was given in the same oil film thicknessand analyzed the influence of sliding boots vice surface stress, provides a meansfor the research of piston pump external output characteristics and internal fluidcharacteristics, meanwhile provides theoretical basis for the piston pump the oilfilm bearing structure theory research and designing.The main structures are as follows:Chapter1, and to domestic and international main piston pump researchunit,the related research methods and the key are researched, this paper reviewsthe current situation of the research in this area, which pointed out that the research purpose and meaning, to confirm the research content of the degree ofmaster thesis research subject.Chapter2, analyzing the force and the deputy movement and lubricationcharacteristics related theory of the piston pump sliding boots, to lay thefoundation for establish three dimensional model and measurement oil filmthickness and CFD simulation.Chapter3, gaining the mathematical expression of the lubricationcharacteristics through the analysis of the lubrication characteristics of the secondchapter, and establishing Simulink/AMESim and mathematical model in order tomeasuring oil film thickness through the joint simulation.Chapter4, in view of the piston pump sliding boots vice fluid system, toconstruct the sliding boots vice three-dimension model. Considering the effects ofthe oil film in modeling process, and giving the solution of the explained set inFluent.Chapter5, to analysis CFD simulation results. By studying the force of bootsvice surface in the same oil film thickness and different damping aperture longer,and comparison with them.Chapter6, summarizing the main research work of the paper, giving theimportant research conclusion, pointing out the innovation points and itsshortcomings of the master's degree thesis research subject, and discussing thefuture research work.
