| As the power component of the hydraulic transmission system,the hydraulic pump is the core of the entire transmission system.The swash plate axial piston pump has a compact structure and a large power density ratio,so it is widely used in the field of fluid transmission in aerospace,engineering machinery and so on.In the positive design of the swash plate axial piston pump,the piston pair is one of the three friction pairs of the axial piston pump,which is often the focus of analysis and research,and is also the difficulty of design.The complex force form of the plunger in the cylinder bore leads to the complex movement mode of the plunger,including the axial reciprocating motion of the plunger on the macro,the rotary motion with the cylinder body and the plunger rotation motion when subjected to friction torque,and Including microscopic radial movement and rotational eccentric movement of the plunger in the cylinder bore.The microscopic movement of the plunger in the cylinder bore is an important direction of the research in this paper.The response of the plunger in the cylinder bore in the form of complex motion is the focus of this paper’s analysis and research.This paper uses the combination of theoretical calculation and simulation calculation to conduct research and analysis.The theoretical calculation part includes the establishment of the mathematical model of the plunger auxiliary oil film under different motion states,the decomposition of the complex motion of the plunger in the cylinder bore,the establishment and numerical solution of the Reynolds equation applied to the two-dimensional flow of the plunger auxiliary oil film.1.Modeling and numerical calculation of plunger auxiliary oil film squeeze effect model,C language programming of plunger auxiliary oil film dynamic pressure effect model,and C programming of numerical calculation,etc.The simulation calculation includes the establishment of the geometric model of the plunger auxiliary oil film,the use of ICEM to divide the structured grid of the oil film,and the application of Fluent to simulate the flow field.This article focuses on the change of the oil film squeezing effect and dynamic pressure effect of the plunger pair when the influencing factors change,providing a certain theoretical basis for the design of the swash plate axial plunger pump plunger pair. |
