Along with the increase of infrastructure investment, the construction industry in our country develop rapidly, construction enterprises often ignore safety management while they obtain economic development. The characteristics of construction engineering decide that it is a field which safety risk concentrate highly. In order to reduce the occurrence of safety risk, lessen personal injuries and the loss of state property, it is very necessary to study on safety risk management of construction engineering.According to the present situation of the study on safety management and risk management in foreign and domestic, the poor safety risk management of construction engineering in China, this paper studies systematically from the following several aspects.First, with the guidance of the safety management idea, according to the process of risk management, the author manages the safety risk of construction engineering. The author identifies the main risk sources of construction site, in consideration of the types of safety accident and the system of People-Objects-Environment, evaluates the result of identification using the job risk analysis method, confirms the risk level.Second, the author establishes evaluation index system for safety risk management of construction engineering, establishes the evaluation model of safety risk management using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then, the evaluation index system and the model are applied to the specific engineering example. Through counting the data from investigation and consultation, the author gets the fuzzy membership and the judgment matrix of each layer indexes, determines the weights of each layer indexes, composes the results of multilevel evaluation indexes hierarchically, gets the final evaluation result for the management level of safety risk, analysis the result and proposes countermeasures.Last, the author monitors the overall process of safety risk management according to monitoring procedure of safety risk.Through this research, the author wants to strengthen the safety risk management of construction engineering, provide guidance for the evaluation of safety risk management of construction engineering.
