The conventional rectifiers produce harmonic problem in power system. While three-phase PWM voltage source rectifiers (VSR) can provide constant DC bus voltage and get low harmonic distortion of input current. It also has the capability of the power feedback to the grid. This paper mainly introduces three-phase VSR, including its principle, the topology, the mathematical model, the control strategies, and its simulation.This paper focuses on the one control strategy, which is Sinusoidal PWM(SPWM) especially it introduces the dual-close-loop engineering designing method: firstly the ABC3-phase stationary coordinate is transformed into2-phase stationary by the PARK transformation, secondly the PI adjuster's parameter of current and voltage loop's is designed. In the paper, the design method of the parameter of the main circuit is also described. At last, the whole simulation module of control system is built up under the Matlab/Simulink platform and the above several ways are used in the simulation module. The result of the simulation proves that the control ways are right and feasible.
