With the increasing size of the national power grid construction, it is very important to ensure the safe use of electricity and guarantee the safe and stable operation of power system. Due to the particularity of electric power system, many experiments only through the computer simulation to achieve. In addition, when the power system have short-circuit power grid, synchronous oscillation phenomena and so on which need network to make the quickly response and to restore stability in a short period of time. Due to the complexity of the power system and high real-time data requirements, traditional, single computer serial emulation has been difficult to meet the requirements of real-time simulation. The DSP have advantages began to highlight in parallel computing and large data processing,so many large power system is based on the DSP.But cluster operation cost is very high, and need a large hardware facilities to support. In fact there is not so much medium and small scale of power system real time simulation product in the market. In addition, though the UDP and MAC protocol of Ethernet communication in short frame data exchange cost verification and comparison, which based on the MAC address of the network transmission mechanism of data interaction, the time of short frame data communication is about34us, which provided an important guarantee to achieve real-time simulation.the power system is a directed cyclic graph.In this paper, we reference the large number of parallel computing on the basis of the power system simulation and scheduling algorithm, and based on the correlation matrix of communication between tasks, Segmentation system model and in accordance with the rules of communication matrix simplification eliminate the associated items parallel at last computing the optimal number of processors. Calculated each sub task operation time and in accordance with parallel computing dynamic load balancing strategy simulated the Mathematical model at the Blackfin548DSP, which provides reference for medium and small power system real time simulation feasibility and practicability based on DSP parallel computing.In this paper, the synchronous generator as research object, establishing the mathematical model of synchronous generator and simulating, and plotting the simulation curve in the MATLAB/SIMULINK. And then validated synchronous generator mathematical model is converted into a transfer function of the structure of the system, according to the transfer function between the logic relationship of task decomposition, the final simplification into seven tasks according to a communication between tasks associated matrix, to simplify the matrix determinant. The seven tasks assigned in the three block of different DSP node, the data exchange between nodes through the Ethernet interface the way of a full-duplex communication, On the task allocation in dynamic scheduling load balancing algorithm, as far as possible to ensure that in the parallel computing load balance. this paper finally to synchronous generator of three-phase short-circuit as example, using four order Runge Kutta method to simulate synchronous generator three-phase short-circuit fault phenomenon, and the real-time simulating and analyzing the simulation step on the single DSP, obtained the ideal simulation step.
