| For a high-speed maglev vehicle, the 440VDC power networks which consist of a number of 440VDC converters are the backbones of the onboard power networks, Almost all electric components get their power supply from 440VDC network in a direct or indirect manner. As a result, the performance of 440VDC converter is vital to the safety and sound operation of high speed maglev vehicle.Based on the current Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line vehicles, with the localization as the goal, the function, performance parameters of the 440V converter and its relationship with onboard power network controller and master computer are analysed, and the PCBs of 440V converters are designed and produced. The topography and function of 440VDC power networks as well as its relationship with other onboard power networks are introduced. The main electric topography and working principle are introduced. Based on the technical requirements of 440VDC converters, the various parameters of main circuit are defined. With the help of UC1842 which is a kind of current-type control chip, a duo-close-loop PWM circuit is designed. The drive circuit for IGBT is also designed. The current-sharing circuit applied in this paper could make 440VDC converter's 5 phases operate in a parallel way.Based on the analysis of charging mode of 440V onboard battery system, a battery management circuit and a battery volume counter are designed to monitor the operation of battery system. When onboard battery system needs to be charged and all charging conditions are fulfilled, the charging process will be initiated. Various monitoring signals are defined to scrutinize the 440VDC converters and those signals will also be transferred to master computer with the help of SCMs. Testing plan, detailed testing procedure have been defined. Repeated tests have been conducted on the designed 440VDC converter. The results demonstrate that the performance of the designed 440VDC converter could meet the design requirements. It is expected that developing it can provide references to the process of localization... |
