A combine is the fruit of the high speed development of modern agricultural mechanization, which has brought a lot of unexpected convenience to the agricultural production and is favored by the farmer. However its high speed operation boosts up the inside inertial effect and leads to adverse impact of vibration and noise, which does harm to the machine and the operator. Referring to the requirements of the Yunnei Power Co.,Ltd and based on the research of the Kubota harvester, the vibrating screen structure is taken as the research object and a serial of research is carried out by means of ADAMS.The vibrating screen can be regarded as a crank-rocker mechanism according to the actural condition and motion analysis is carried out according to the vibrating screen work principle, with the analysis results demonstrating the rationality of the dynamical and structural parameters. Four grain points are set along the screen surface, and simulation analysis is done in ADAMS to obtain the law of surface amplitude, velocity and acceleration, thus verifying the sieving performance.Apart from the importance of the sieving performance, the great inertia effect generated is a problem which should not be ignored. Aiming at this problem, the generalized mass substitution method is used for the inertial force balance respectively. And the partial balance structure in the actual framework is also analyzed.A vibrating screen of a Japanese harvester has been designed to realize a partial balance. Taking into consideration the mechanical structure, economy, forces in joints and torque input, the the scheme is proposed to take the joint pair reaction force and the torque input as the evaluating indicator. Analysis validation is given to the framework partial and complete balance effect using ADAMS The partial balance scheme of the originial design has been suggested consequently.Through kinematic analysis of the crank-rocker mechanism, this paper carries out research and calculation on the inertial force balance. The rationality of the partial balance structure is validated through simulation analysis in ADAMS. The study here provides an effective method for the analysis, design and validation of the framework balance design in the enterprise.
