The standard method of NY/T 761-2008 (Pesticide multiresidue screen methods for determination of organophosphorus pesticides, organochlorine pesticides, pyrethroid pesticides and carbamate pesticides in vegetables and fruits) was improved in this paper, and a series of innovative methods for pre-treatment of presticide residue on fresh and dried edible fungus composts, culture medium and stroma had been developed. The results showed that the recovery rate of pesticides in edible fungus fresh samples were ideal with the standards of NY/T 761-2008, but for Gnosis, Bagasse, etc. which with more soluble impurities contents such as pigment, sugar, etc, organophosphate, organochlorines and pyrethroids extract separately from the samples was. suggested. The organophosphate was extracted by acetic acid, organochlorines and pyrethroids were extracted by n-hexane. The methods are suitable for all kinds of samples. The pesticided residues in total 12 kinds of mushrooms include Enokitake Mushroom, Straw mushroom, Cultivating Mushroom, Mushrooms and dried mushrooms were detecteded. Total 54 pesticides include 25 kinds of organophosphorus,25 kinds of organochlorine,2 kinds of Carbamate, and Carbendazim, Thiophanate-methyl, were detected in this paper. And the spirit, Omethoate, Carbaryl, Isocarbophos, Methamidophos, Dimethoate, etc. total 23 kinds of pesticides were detected during the experiments.438 samples had been detected. The general standard-exceeding rate of pesticide residus was 11.19%. Amonth these, the standard-exceeding rate of pesticide residus in dried mushrooms, fresh Agrocybe Aegerila and Agrocybe Aegerila was more than 20%. standard-exceeding of Carbendazim,Methamidophos and Omethoate were severe. The highest concentration of pesticide residue was 10.06 mg/kg of Carbendazim. The residues of pesticide 54 pesticide in Cotton seed hulls, Wheat bran fiber, Straws, Wood chipsand, Sugarcane Bagasse were detected. The cotton seed hulls pesticide residue was most serious,13 pesticides were detected in 45 batch samples, pesticide residue was found on 43 items, including methamidophos, Fenitrothion and methyl parathion ect, which were prohibited for using. Triazophos, Quintozene, Fipronil, S-421 were detected in Straws; Ttriazophos, Chlorpyrifos, Fenpropathrin were detected in Wheat bran fiber; 666 was detected in wood chips; Carbonfuran, Endosulfan, methyl parathion were detected in sugarcane bagasse. The pesticide residues were low, residues fluctuating between 0.01 mg/kg to 1.43 mg/kg.The pesiticide residue in myceliums was studed by adding Chlorpyrifos, Fenpropathrin, Carbaryl and Carbendazim in Cultivating mushroom, Straw mushroom and Enokitake mushroom. The results have showed that myceliums had a strong capacity of absorption with pesticides. Cultivating mushroom could absorb Chlorpyrifos up to 7692.44 mg/kg, Fenpropathri ester to 7915.12 mg/kg, Carbendazim to 873.66 mg/kg, Carbaryl to 1020.46 mg/kg; Chlorpyrifos, Fenpropathrin, Carbendazim, Carbaryl was 14182.43 mg/kg, 76459.63mg/kg,6007.07 mg/kg and 2685.80 mg/kg respectively in Enokitake Mushroom; Chlorpyrifos, Fenpropathrin, Carbendazim and Carbaryl was 30557.52 mg/kg,13826.43.12 mg/kg,2114.25 mg/kg,1312.31 mg/kg respectively in Straw mushroom. Chlorpyrifos, Fenpropathrin, Carbendazim, Carbaryl were selected to carry on the residues experiment on Cultivating mushroom, Straw mushroom,Enokitake mushroom and A mushroom. for a impact of pesticides on the composts. The results showed that pesticide adding in cultivation material to cultivation can cause composts pesticide residues. The residual of Chlorpyrifos,Fenpropathrin and Carbendazim in Cultivating mushroom was 1.35 mg/kg,0.13mg/kg and 0.024mg/kg with adding field recommend concentrations.Enokitake mushroom field recommend level push with pesticides mixing materials, the residual ofChlorpyrifos,Fenpropathrin and Carbendazim was0.033 mg/kg,0.76mg/kg and 0.39mg/kg.Sraw mushroom field recommend level push with pesticides mixing materials, the residual of Chlorpyrifos,Fenpropathrin and Carbendazim was 0.18 mg/kg,1.53mg/k and 0.59mg/kg.A mushroom field recommend level push with pesticides mixing materials, the residual of Chlorpyrifos,Fenpropathrin and Carbendazim was 1.658 mg/kg, 0.14mg/kg and 3.56mg/kg. 10mg/kg mixing materials cultivation composts pesticide residues were lower, carbaryl residue had not been found in composts due to mixing materials fermentation and sterilization.
