Rice is significant food crop, industrial waste is contaminated with the development of industry and agriculture,so as the accelerated urbanization process,the contamination of cadmium of soil in cultivated field increase, Cadmuim(Cd) is the main polluted element,it infects the quality and safety of rice, and human's health is threaten.This study based on the force sudy,select typical rice materials and hybrid,research the influence of Cadmium stress on Photosynthetic characteristics and absorption of related nutritents of leaves for rice seedlings,analysis the varies of nutrient,investigate the endurance of Cd and the typical evaluatied indicators of rice seedlings.At the same time,compare the reaction of rice and their parents under Cd stress,in order to provide the basis for selecting excellent materials with insensitive-Cd and sensitive-Cd for breeding.(1)The content of Cd of rice leaves is infected by different density of Cd, the difference exist among different materials.Ⅱ-32B and R527 have low content of Cd of leaves,the accumulated index is lower than D83B and R498. The maintainer line accumulates Cd easily when the desity of Cd increase.The rice parents have important influence on their hybrid,The hybridⅡyou498 has the ability of endurance for Cd,the content of Cd of hybrid is lower than its parent.The content of leaves of different materials and hybrid increases as time prolongs.(2)The content of chlorophyll is infected deeply by Cd,the content of Chla,Chlb and Chi decrease,there are difference among different materials and hybrid.The maintainer lineⅡ-32B is infected lower than D83B,the content of chlorophyll is stable,with lower stressed index of Cd. Restore line is infected deeply by Cd,the extent of decreasing of Chi and the extent of increasing of Chla/Chlb of R527 is larger than R498,and the index of stressed is lower than R498.The content of chlorophyll of maintainer lineⅡ-32B and its hybridⅡyou 498 is higher than R498 in different density of Cd,the index of stressed of Cd is lowest in high density of Cd, gets relatively strong capacity to anti-Cd.The materials D83B and R498 are infected by Cd as time prolongs,with large extent of decreasing of chlorophyll.(3)The activity of Rubisco of rice leaves is infects obviously by Cd,there is difference among every rice matirials and hybrid. In different dencity of Cd,the extent of decreasing for the activity of Rubisco is larger thanⅡ-32B,the stressed index is high.In different dencity of Cd, the extent of decreasing for the activity of Rubisco of the restore line R527 is smaller than R498,the stressed index is small,with stable activity of Rubisco.HybridⅡyou498 has higher activity of Rubisco in different density of Cd, has relatively strong capacity to anti-Cd.(4)Under different Cd density,the content of nutrient goes down when compared with CK,every material has different decreasing extent.The decreasing extent of maintainer line of D83B is larger thanⅡ-32B,the decreasing extent of restore line R498 and R527 is large,and the degree of nutrient become deeper under Cd stress when time prolongs,the stressed index become larger of every materials.In different dencity of Cd stress,the extent of decreasing of the content of nutrient ofⅡyou498 is smaller than Ck.Analysis different nutrient,in different materials and hybrid,Mn is effected deeply by Cd,then is Fe and Mg,the smallest extent of effected by Cd is Cu and Zn.(5)Under Cd stress,the connection of the content of Cd of rice leaves and the chlorophyll is negative,there is positive correlation with Chla/Chlb,there is negative correlation with Rubisco,the correlation of the content of chlorophyll and the content of Mg,Fe,Zn is obvious positive correlation,the positive correlation of Rubisco of leaves and Mg,Fe,Cu is obvious,the correlation become more and more obvious as time prolong.The content of Mg,Fe,Zn can indicate the change of the content of chlorophyll, the content of Mg,Fe,Cu can indicate the change of the activity of Rubisco,and the desorption of Mg and Fe can indicate the content of chlorophyll and the activity of Rubisco.
