Xingkai lake is an important one in Heilongjiang River.Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake and Siniperca chuatsi are unique geographical populations of lake, they are a kind of valuable edible fish. Catching excessively and the changes of natural condition for existence make Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake and Siniperca chuatsi exist difficultly. To develop and make full use of the valuble autochthon fish and provide a great quantity of fish seeds for the development of artificial breeding,we make the study to protect Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake and Siniperca chuatsi efficiently.Routine biology method was employed in this research to find the breeding specific property and embryonic development trait. In the purpose of abundance the biology data of The Khanka Giant White fish cultivation, and provide the reference of scientific cultivation and ecological releasing of Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake and Siniperca chuatsi. Firstly, this study researched in the regularity of cultivates the Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake and Siniperca chuatsi from larviculture to adult. And then further research in the artificial propagation technology in order to master a feasible artificial propagation technology operating instruction. The result would make the large production come true.By continuous in vivo observation of embryo and wanted description morphology of early stage (fertilized eggs-4 day-old) with Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake. The results showed, that the characteristics of embryonic development consistent with the general rules of the subfamily Culter. From fertilized eggs to newly hatched larvae, can be divided into 4 main stages; including cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage and formation of embryo stage, total 22 embryonic development stages. When the water temperature is (26.8±0.5)℃larvae hatched in 22.5 h. The embryonic development accumulated temperature is 609.46℃·h. The fertilized eggs light of Culter alburnus of Xingkai Lake is yellow-green or blue-grey in color, non sticky and half a pelagic eggs. Fertilized eggs has (1.13±0.21) mm in diameter, and was able to (4.75±0.32) mm after hydration. The newly hatched larvae had total length of (3.98±0.37) mm,and reached (5.47±0.26) mm after initial feeding.By continuous in vivo observation of embryo and wanted description morphology of early stage (fertilized eggs~1 day-old) with Siniperca chuatsi. The results showed, that the characteristics of embryonic development consistent with the general rules of the Chuatsi subfamily. From fertilized eggs to newly hatched larvae, can be divided into 4 main stages; including cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage and formation of embryo stage, total 20 embryonic development stages. When the water temperature is (25±0.5)℃larvae hatched in 40 h. The embryonic development accumulated temperature is 983.74℃·h. The fertilized eggs light of Siniperca chuatsi is yellow-green in color, slightly viscous and half a pelagic eggs. Fertilized eggs has 1.60~1.80 mm in diameter, and was able to 1.95~2.20 mm after hydration. Has a big oil globule and some small oil globule in the fertilized eggs, big oil globule has 0.5mm in diameter. The newly hatched larvae had total length of 3.60~3.90 mm,and reached 5.0 mm after initial feeding.Comparison embryonic development of Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake and Siniperca chuatsi with other fishes, they are same subfamily; and preliminary discuss about their fertilized eggs shape, accumulated temperature, the total length of newly hatched larvae and Population differences.By cultivation a way of fish larvae and juvenile of Culter alburnus of XingKai Lake and Siniperca chuatsi,we are conducted technical discussions and lessons learned. Conclusions can guide production.
