The upper reaches of the Hanjiang River is one of the main distribution areas of wild mandarin fish.Located in the watershed of Shaanxi Ankang and Hanzhong region Alice mouth mandarin(Siniperca chuatsi)fish breeding industry in the initial stage,which is almost all from the outskirts of fish.In addition,due to the construction of water conservancy facilities and over-fishing,wild mandarin fish resources in the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River basin has been greatly damaged,so by breeding means to protect and restore the local wild mandarin fish resources is urgent.Therefore,in order to control the bottleneck of conservation and exploitation of resources in the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River(Shaanxi province section),the artificial breeding technology of the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River Basin(Shaanxi Province Section)was carried out.To promote the development of local mandarin fish industry,Production and benefits,to build an environment-friendly farming model to improve the scientific reference.The study on the artificial breeding technology of mandarin fish in the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River(Shaanxi Province Section)includes the research on the artificial breeding characteristics of the mandarin fish,the feeding characteristics of the juveniles of mandarin fish and the growth characteristics of mandarin fish.The results are as follows:1?In the selection of local wild turtle mandarin fish artificial oxytocin,the study of its embryonic development of the timing and morphological changes.The results showed that the embryos of mandarin fish were subjected to six important periods,such as fertilized eggs,cleavage period,blastocyst stage,gastrula stage,neurovirovule stage and organ formation.The experimental results can provide reference data for large-scale artificial propagation of mandarin fish in the upper reaches of Hanjiang River.2?The effects of different water temperature on the artificial breeding of mandarin fish and silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)were studied.The results showed that the corresponding effect time,incubation time,effect and total incubation time of the fish were similar to those of the fish.The optimal equation of water temperature and time for the production of fish and silver carp.3? The larvae of mandarin fish showed the feeding peak at 16:00-19:00,4:00-7:00,showing obvious twilight feeding and feeding rhythm.The daily food intake of mandarin fish accounted for 48.75%-53.75%.The relationship between the full length of the fish and the whole length of the fish was the linear relationship between the length of the fish and the fish,and the length of the fish was high.4?The results showed that the length,weight and number of days of larvae of mandarin fish showed a multiplier function growth relationship in the case of silver carp as bait fish in the hatching ring road.In the case of pond cultivation,there was a growing relationship between body weight and body length of mandarin fish.The trend between body weight and body length and length of breeding was significantly increasedConclusion:The upper reaches of the Hanjiang River wild turtle mandarin fish after artificial oxytocin can also be normal incubation of the film,different water temperature under the silver carp can be used as its opening bait fish.The larvae of the mandarin fish were the fastest and fastest growing,with the temperature decreasing and the growth rate slowing down.
