The Investigation Of Distribution Of Korean Pine Broad-leaved Forest's Mushroom Resources

The mushroom is common non-timber forest resources in Lesser Khingan Range forest.The research work was to investigate the growth of wild mushroom in uncultivated forest and the main factors which influenced the mushroom distribution.The work will provide a method for next research and make a theoretical foundation for domestication of wild mushroom.In this study,the survey work was carry out in theropencedrymion in Hebei forest district,Heilongjiang Province,we used adaptive cluster sampling (ACS) and simple random sampling (SRS) to count the number of mushroom and record the environmental conditions.The result find out the ACS is more efficient and presice in mushroom research,the variance and error of ACS are far less than SRS's,the result is more credible. In uncultivated forest,mushroom used growth in forest stand with thick humus layer and deciduous leaves, the key factor influenced mushroom growth is slope position,soil and environment in different slope aspect have little diffence when forest crown density is high.Compare with slope aspect,soil and ground vegetation cover are various in different slope position.The rare mushroom Clitocybe congloba(Vitt)Bres often growing in midium forest crown density land where is plenty of sunshine and water,the mushroom is sensitive to temperature fluctuation and growing well when temperature below 26℃and humid weather,slow growing or even death when temperature above the boundary or drought.In the same tree species and forest site the mushroom more influenced by soil moisture,when the sunshine last a long tine in daytime or seldom rain,mushroom generally growing in shady spot.
