China is the largest cotton country in the world,the stable supply of cotton has great significance for cotton textile industry in China.Delinting cottonseed processing is an important part in the chain of the cotton production processing, without changing good quality of the cottonseed itself,through the use of a series of chemical and physical methods,to remove the cotton surface fuzz. According to the survey,after the delinting cottonseed with precision sowing seeds can saved seed per hectare about 82.5-105Kg than the fuzz-seed. If 4.6 million hectares of all cotton fields use precision sowing the cotton seed,it will save seeds of 38-48 million tons annually. Visible,the technology and equipment project use in delinting cottonseed is the basic link in the precision sowing and cotton mechanization,efficiency of the section of the key technologies in cotton production should be taken seriously enough,after the delinting cottonseed then carefully selected and coating treatment,can improve the technology content of cotton seeds and improve the quality of planting,so that the good biological properties of seed itself has been fulfilled.Based on the processing of delinting cottonseed operational requirements,this dissertation designed the control unit of the core of PLC,on the basis of online collecting liquid solution,change of the pH value, controlling the real-time quantitative filling of concentrated sulfuric acid and water,and the application of frequency regulation technology bring about acid uniform mixing and ensure maximum stability of the process,and then the ratio of sulfuric acid concentration was kept at 8% to 10% range,and made the residual acid ratio and rate of residual wool cotton meet the national standard,in which the residual acid is less than equal to 0.15,residual rate of cashmere less than 0.27,and the cotton seed produced has good quality,and fully meet the delinting cottonseed processing technology,and following the ratio of sulfuric acid to fully meet delinting cottonseed processing requirements. Application of inverter control technology to achieve real-time mixing acid mixed solution reaction effect,the design of PLC software protection,alarm and warning indication is complete,and finding troubleshooting is easy,and achieve acid control delinting cottonseed processing fully automated operation of system equipment. With "Kingview" configuration monitoring software,this dissertation designed monitoring system,and using the command language procedures for the preparation of the corresponding animation,the use of the monitor screen of the simulation results,made the system of operational control more intuitive to understand and realize the remote real-time system running monitoring. Effectively improve the quality of seed processing and solve production problems and lays a solid foundation for the promotion of the implementation of precision sowing technology.In addition, processing of cotton cashmere acid control system were tested, using experimental design method selected cotton seed processing drum of sulfuric acid pH value and the optimal combination of temperature, and acid control system to optimize the analysis; create acid The mathematical model of control system software using the Matlab simulation of the system. For agricultural research and development consistent with the requirements of cashmere cotton seed processing system, to promote the mechanization of cotton production, automation, guidance to the actual production of important practical significance and promote the implementation of precision sowing technology laid a solid foundation.
