In this paper, Y Liangyou 1, Liangyoupeijiu. Y Liangyou 8 and Shanyou 63 were the test materials. The photosynthesis, the distribution and transportation of assimilated products and nitrogen compositions, and the drought resistance mechanisms at tillering stage of regeneration rice were systematically researched by isotope tracer technique and other conventional technologies. The results were as follows.1.The photosynthetic products of Super Hybrid Rice positively correlated with the ratooning panicle, the regeneration total dry biomass, the yield and grain number in the 15 days after full heading stage. The dry matter accumulation and yield of the regeneration rice were closely related to photosynthetic products. The photosynthetic products were mainly transported to the complex spike and partly to the rice pile. Moreover, the residue in the rice pile greatly influenced the growth and development of ratoon. Following the increase of the late first quarter distribution of photosynthetic products, the ratoon seedling number, the effective panicles and the yield became higher.2. The flag leaf of Y Liangyou 1, Liangyoupeijiu, and Y Liangyou 8 had the higher net photosynthetic rate, higher stomatal conductance and lower transpiration rate than Shanyou 63. They, especially Y Liangyou 1, had better resistance to premature aging properties than Shanyou 63 also. The net photosynthetic rates of ratoon seedlings were no difference within Y Liangyou 1, Liangyoupeijiu, and Y Liangyou 8, but they had higher net photosynthetic rates and lower transpiring rates.3. The uptake of N fertilizer promoting bud development was reduced in super rice ratoon seedlings while the growth stage was delaying. The nitrogen fertilizer could significantly increase the nitrogen accumulation of the first quarter of maturity. Nitrogen could input(output) to the regeneration tillers after harvest with different rate, and the inputted nitrogen was more between the first harvest season and the full heading stage of the regeneration seedlings. That played a great role on the germination and the growth of regeneration tillering. The application of nitrogen could significantly increase the dry matter accumulation and output. N fertilizer promoting bud development could promote the spike development of the germination tillering. Then there were significantly higher growth rate, more dry matter accumulation, enlarged storage capacity, and finally increased output.
