Soil in the plastic greenhouse have not rained, so the fixed- phosphorus for soil is stronger than the open field. dring the eggplant production, the formula fertilization for the soil is a fat lot using, so that a large amount of phosphorus in soil enrichment is not used by crop and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the soil are disproportion, and have a certain impact on eggplant production in greenhouse.This experiment used"Zi Jing Cheng Eggplant"as the material to research the different concentration of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus under different levels of phosphate fertilizer (0,5,10,20 kg/667m~2) on Phosphorus utilization and growth of eggplant in plastic greenhouse. The results showed that.1)Application of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus to soil is good for phosphorus utilizationAlong with the increase of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rate, more conducive to the effective phosphorus in soil phosphorus transformation and used by eggplant plants. And when at the same level of phosphate fertilizer conditions, soil total phosphorus content with Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus'application rate of increase and decrease of soil available phosphorus content with phosphorus-dissolving microbes application rate increases2)Phosphate fertilizer application of micro-organisms in soil can lead to PH smallerIn this trial, rhizosphere soil pH value for eggplant prophase florescence, the results of peak and late harvest, with the Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rate increased, the soil PH value is decrease. when a certain amount of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application, the soil PH value in the plant rhizosphere is stabilized, not continue to fall.3)Within a certain scope of phosphate fertilizer application rate and yield of eggplant with Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus for the increases.In the experiment, yield of eggplant was increased when Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus for the increases within 0-10 kg/667m~2 of phosphate fertilizer application rate. And yield for disposal of A2B2(1 kg/667 m~2 Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus) was biggest when 10 kg/667m~2 of phosphate fertilizer application, but its was no significance with A2B3 (2 kg/667m~2 Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus) and A2B4 (4 kg/667m~2 Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus). Moreover, applications of different level of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus on the yield were not much different when phosphate fertilizer application amount was 20 kg/667m~2, and they were significantly lower than the phosphate fertilizer application amount for each of 10 kg/667 m~2 processing.4)Application of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus could increase plant height and stem diameter of eggplant.Under the condition of not applying phosphate, eggplant height and stem diameter with Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rate increased. When applied to a certain amount of phosphorus fertilizer, eggplant height with the increase of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rate showed a downward trend after the first increase, and stem diameter with Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rate increased, when Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application amount reached a certain amount, stem diameter stability.5)Application of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus could increase chlorophyll content and roots activity of eggplant.Chlorophyll content and roots activity of eggplant were increased with Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rate increased under the same level of phosphate fertilizer conditions, and then tended to stability when Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application amount reached a certain amount.6)Application of Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus could increase content of Vc and soluble sugar of eggplant.Contents of Vc and soluble sugar in eggplant was increased with Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rate increases under the same phosphate fertilizer levels, then tended to stability when phosphate fertilizer levels reached a certain amount. In addition, contents of Vc and soluble sugar in eggplant would reach highest, and then trend to stability under the same phosphate fertilizer levels, when phosphate fertilizer application amounts were 0,5,10,20 kg/667m~2 and Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus application rates were 4,2,1,0.5 kg/667m~2. Contents of Vc and soluble sugar of A2B2 were highest.7)In the experiment, Application the amount of 10kg/667m~2 superphosphate and 1kg/667m~2 Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus could more beneficial to phosphorus utilizing in soil and growth of eggplant.In a word, the effect of application of A2B2 with 10kg/667m~2 superphosphate and 1kg/667m~2 Bacterial Fertilizer of Enabled– Phosphorus was best in soil available phosphorus content, plant height, Stem diameter, chlorophyll content, roots activity and yield.
