The type of Self-cleaning nets filter is a key equipment used to deal with sediment in micro-irrigation systems. It plays a decisive role in northwest especially xinjiang where directly use of high silt-laden muddy water as irrigation water.This filters used in experiment was produced by shihezi golden land water-saving equipment Co.LTD production. Compared with the traditional filter, such as centrifugal filter, sand filter, screen filters and laminated filters, it has many merits, for example:high degree of automation, head- loss small, filtering efficiency higher efficiency. After summing up other peoples research fruits, I make use of the ways: prototype observation and indoor test, has investigated self-cleaning nets type filter of the operation characteristic:head loss; best preset pressure differential and optimal drainage time waiting for hydraulic performance parameters. In the end, the structure combination was optimized. the main research achievements as flow:1. Clean Water condition. Aiming at the 80 mesh and 120 mesh fine mesh, I analyzed the relation between different water flow and head loss conditions through experimental research. I released the head loss academic formula under different mesh. Through the test of 80 meshes and 120 mesh, I have rectify head loss experience formula, which is useful in practical engineering application.2. Muddy water conditions. I had a detailed study of head loss. in the follow means, first adjusting a biggest default pressure differential 0.13 MPa respectively, then changing the following five factors: mesh (80 mesh and 120 mesh), the same water sediment concentration, different inlet flux, the same water flow and different water flow. The results showed that the filter head loss earl does early not change significantly. With increasing of mesh blockage of degree, head loss has risen sharply, curve at about 6~7 m produced inflection point. Then I determined the best fine mesh preset pressure 0.07 MPa, given verification through the theoretical formula deduction.3.Through respectively aiming at on 80 mesh and 120 mesh fine mesh, setting five preset differential pressure value, in the end I get the curve about three kind of different sediment concentration and water drainage outlet time. Through the curve, I get the best time of drain, Based on the test data, theoretically derived 80 mesh and 120 mesh fine mesh optimal drainage time calculation formula.4. According to the characteristic of structure used in experiment, filter for its filtering device and automatic cleaning of driving devices are the combinatorial optimization research. Finally develop one kind of nets filter, which provide reference for development of a new filters.
