Artificial fish reef is water structure allocated at special palaces applying in improving water environment, tempting fish, and protecting accrued water resources. In the current situation that land resources gradually decreasing, ocean environment deteriorating, the effect of artificial fish reef on changing water environment and gathering ocean organism is paid increasingly attention. People begin to study every aspects of artificial fish reef, such as material, pattern, location, evaluation and so on. With the increasing development of hardware and software of computer, gradually update of database technology and great leap of research on GIS basic theory, the apply of GIS on expanding and deepening social live is developing and has mingled to artificial fish reef. But applying of artificial fish reef at foreign counties are major in choosing location and putting, which is still vacancy at home. So GIS is not applied on every aspect of artificial fish reef.This thesis is major in applying of GIS on management and trading investigation after putting artificial fish reef。Newly trying to establish an artificial fish reef management and analysis system in the sea area of shengsi artificial fish reef area ,zhoushan city,so as to inquiry and manage parameters and manage and analyse trading data after putting artificial fish reef.In term of GIS,GeoDatabase is the basis of GIS inquiry,show,statistical analysis and so on,as well as the realize of function and operation of GIS。Thus , this thesis established artificial fish reef parameter and database of fishery resources after putting artificial fish reef using Microsoft access2007. Implementing object-oriented mind,on the platform of ARC/INFO,AutoCAD,PhotoShop,Microsoft Access2007,Windows xp and c#,connecting program with Microsoft Access2007 database through ADO on basis of ArcObjects, applying secondary developing of component integration to establish artificial fish reef management system in shengsi , zhoushan. We realize function such as edit modify, inquiry display,and statistical analysis, and practice space distribution of fishery resources applying on statistical analysis pattern of integrated in system.Through establishment and practice above,our conclusions are as follows:(1)With the help of the artificial fish reef management and analysis system, which our established, it is easier to display spatial information visual, to zoom and pan image data randomly, to locate the viewing area quickly, to make query on spatial data and attribute data in many ways ,to edit and revise geodata effectively, to compute and analyze geographical information simply, to export research result by many methods and to make theme maps dynamically with vivid contents after putting artificial fish reef.(2)With the help of kriging method of Geostatistics Analysis Module in the artificial fish reef management and analysis system, which our established, it is can effectively on the artificial reef waters of the spatial distribution of fishery resources are described, accurate, intuitive and convenient response to the distribution of fishery resources and the formation of related thematic maps, as the manager of the management, analysis, decision-making for the necessary support and scientific basis.(3)After matter shows, it is an effective way and try in inquiry and manage parameters and manage and analyse trading data after putting artificial fish reef by artificial fish reef management system in shengsi ,zhoushan establish based on GIS.In a word, with the aid of GIS technology, making research on inquiry and manage parameters and manage and analyse trading data after putting artificial fish reef was an important trial, which shows great superiority and potentialities.
